A sixty-year-old woman is lying on the plushly carpeted floor of her Laurel Canyon home curled into the fetal position. She is snuggling up to an enormous Siberian Husky sled dog. The dog has an ashen colored coat streaked white at its eyes, muzzle, and tail. The woman is pressing her face into the dog’s fur - nuzzling, panting, kissing, and cooing as she luxuriates over the sensation of stroking the animal with her red lacquered fingernails.
